MOAI does **not** provide professional, legal, medical, financial, religious, spiritual, or divination services, nor does it guarantee commercial, financial, or other results derived from the use of the Platform. *** ### 4. Role of MOAI MOAI acts solely as a **technology provider** and, with respect to personal data, as a **data processor**, processing information only in accordance with the Client’s instructions. MOAI does **not** control, validate, or supervise the content, purposes, or use made by Clients of the Platform, without prejudice to its right to suspend or terminate access as provided in these Terms. *** ### 5. Registration and Account To use the Platform, the Client must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The Client is responsible for: * Maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials; * All activity carried out through their account; * Immediately notifying any unauthorized use. MOAI shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from the Client’s negligence. *** ### 6. Permitted Use The Client agrees to use the Platform solely for **lawful** purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. *** ### 7. Prohibited Uses It is **strictly prohibited** to use MOAI, directly or indirectly, to: * Offer, promote, or automate services related to: * Horoscopes, astrology, natal charts, or similar practices; * Religions, religious doctrines, worship, or religious proselytism; * Spiritual, esoteric, mystical, or divination practices; * Distribute fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content; * Infringe third-party rights; * Impersonate individuals or collect data without a lawful basis; * Provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice; * Train third-party artificial intelligence models using the Platform; * Engage in any use that contradicts MOAI’s principles, values, or internal policies. MOAI reserves the right to **immediately suspend or terminate** access to the Platform in the event of any violation of this clause, without compensation. *** ### 8. Client Content The Client retains all rights to the content uploaded or processed through the Platform. However, the Client grants MOAI a **limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license** to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the service. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: * MOAI shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational damage; * MOAI does not guarantee that the service will meet specific Client expectations; * Use of the Platform is at the **sole risk of the Client**. In any case, MOAI’s total liability shall be limited to the amounts actually paid by the Client during the preceding 12 months. *** ### 12. Suspension and Termination MOAI may suspend or terminate the Client’s access to the Platform immediately and without prior notice if: * These Terms are breached; * Prohibited uses are detected; * There is a legal, technical, or reputational risk to MOAI.
